Juwar flour

is a flour that is produced by grinding the grains of white millet. It is a cream-colored white flour, also known as sorghum and has a fairly neutral taste. It is used in the preparation of bread, muffins and similar pastries. It is used to replace some of the conventional wheat flour with the nutritious millet flour.
