Your order will be checked and processed by us upon receipt. If the order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, you will be refunded the difference as quickly as possible.

Example: If you order 50 of the product Welcome Lady Figure (brass/copper) but only 40 are available, these will be delivered to you and the difference (i.e. 10) will be refunded.
